    Processing Time

    All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

    Packaging Standards

    Due to the extremely fragile nature of our glassware, each item is:

    • Individually wrapped in multiple layers of protective cushioning

    • Secured with void fill to prevent movement

    • Double-boxed when necessary for added protection

    • Clearly labeled as FRAGILE – HANDLE WITH CARE

    We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely.

    Shipping Method

    We ship all orders via Flat Rate Postage. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the selected flat rate option, not weight or distance.

    Delivery times vary depending on destination but typically range between 2–8 business days once dispatched.

    Insurance & Liability

    All fragile glassware shipments include shipping insurance.

    If your order arrives damaged:

    1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

    2. Provide clear photos of:

      • The damaged item

      • The internal packaging

      • The outer shipping box (including label)

    3. Retain all packaging materials until your claim is resolved.

    Failure to provide documentation may delay or void the claim process.
